With this option, Cloudian will provide you with an extensive user and admin support. 

A staff will be assigned as your Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all your Acumatica user requirements.

 

The Helpdesk will assign Level 1 and 2 cases to be addressed by any of our available support staff.

 

SLA includes 4-hour response time and 48 hour (min) resolution time for Level 1 and 2 cases.

 

Helpdesk will also help you escalate technical issues to Acumatica support and monitor results.

Adhoc Support

If you have an ERP Administrator and knowledgeable users but require minimal, scheduled or limited support, you can purchase support hours from Cloudian.
